If you are one of these “average” persons (and I consider myself among them ) it’s likely that you only get a moderate amount of exercise during your day. No question about it, our modern lives don’t exactly demand a lot in terms of moving about. We spend many hours every day sitting behind a desk at work and at home this is often not that different either.
